Finance Intern (Finance Operations Support) – Internship Opportunity

On The Ball College is seeking a motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented Finance Intern to join our Finance Department. This internship is an excellent opportunity for a graduate or final-year student who is eager to gain practical workplace experience in finance administration and operations within a professional training institution.

Key Responsibilities (Under Supervision)

Student invoicing and billing administration

Debtors and creditors support

Payment preparation and processing support

Maintaining accurate financial records, filing, and documentation

Assisting with student stipend administration

Supporting basic reporting and reconciliations

Minimum Requirements

Diploma or Degree (completed or in progress) in Finance, Accounting, Bookkeeping, Business Administration, or a related field

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office

Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

Good organisational, communication, and time-management skills
